TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your purchase or use of products and services (including "Courses", “Exams”, “Packages” or “Bundles”, here on referred to collectively as the “Course”) offered by RadAnatomy and use of radanatomy.com.au and its subdomains (the "Site") as well as our exclusive services which extend into other domains (e.g. Zoom) are subject to these terms and conditions.

Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between RadAnatomy and its affiliates, partners, divisions ("we," "us," and "our") and yourself and, if applicable, on behalf
of the entity which you represent (collectively, "you," "your," "yours").
Registration and Course and Exam Enrolment
The RadAnatomy Course and exams are solely to be used for the purpose of preparing for radiology anatomy exams. By registering for a Course or exam, you acknowledge and confirm that you are a candidate for one or several components of the radiology training exams in your jurisdiction. If you intend to enrol in our Courses or exams for any reason other than the aforementioned purpose, you must inform RadAnatomy in writing immediately. Enrolling other companies and organisations to access the Course or exam is strictly prohibited.
Your Submissions and Contributions
Submissions: By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback or other information, you agree to assign us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. You agree that we shall own this Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use and dissemination without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
Contributions: The Course may invite you to contribute to message boards or other functionalities where you may create, submit and post content (in any form) to us and other users. Any Submission that is posted on the RadAnatomy website shall also be treated as a Contribution. We reserve the right to remove or edit any Contributions at any time without notice.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription to a Course or upcoming exam at any time by contacting us using the information provided below. Transfers, holds or deferrals of Course membership is prohibited.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided for a Course or exam under any circumstances.
Renewal
Subscriptions will not be renewed automatically.
Fee changes
We may make changes to Course and exam fees at any time. These changes will be reflected on the RadAnatomy website. After a fee change has been made, it is only applicable to course registrants who enrol after the fee change. Therefore, if you have already enrolled and paid for a Course, you will not be obligated to provide any additional fees to keep your membership during the valid subscription period of the Course.
Course Learning Materials
The Course materials include all the files accessible through the online portal after enrolment in the Course. The Course materials are embedded for "read-only" use. The Course materials must not be saved, printed, downloaded, shared, or distributed in any way. Access will be revoked after the scheduled conclusion of any registration or subscription period.
Exam Learning Materials
The exam materials include all the data provided through an online proctoring service during the RadAnatomy exam. The exam questions are embedded for "read-only" use with adjacent editable fields where users can provide answers. Answers may take many different formats, including but not limited to, multiple choice or free text fields. The exam questions and answers must not be saved, printed, downloaded, shared, or distributed in any way. Access will be revoked after the scheduled conclusion of the exam. Questions and answers are kept strictly confidential after the conclusion of the exam.
Schedules for exams may occasionally change or be cancelled. RadAnatomy will take reasonable steps to ensure timely notification of any changes or cancellations.
Technical Requirements
You are responsible for meeting and maintaining the minimum technical requirements associated with accessing and utilising RadAnatomy services. This includes, but is not limited to, having a working computer or portable device, stable internet connection, a working camera/webcam (for proctored exams), and the necessary skills to properly use these resources.
RadAnatomy Materials
All RadAnatomy Course materials, recordings and exam materials are for your personal use only. They must not be shared, resold, auctioned, or transferred to another person in any manner. Individual email addresses should be used for each active RadAnatomy registration. Where multiple active enrolments are made using the same email address, the most recent enrolment will be accessible by login only.
Copyright and Non-Duplication
Content is protected by copyright law. Without RadAnatomy's authorisation, registrants are strictly prohibited from downloading, recording, duplicating, or reproducing any content in any manner or medium under any circumstances. Violation of this prohibition may result in disciplinary and legal action, including but not limited to:
- Immediate removal of access and termination of enrolment;
- Forfeiture of Course/exam fees paid;
- Exclusion from enrolling in any future RadAnatomy Course/exam; and,
- Potential legal action.
Code of Conduct
As a part of RadAnatomy's commitment to registrant’s success, we aim to provide an optimal learning environment and expect registrants to conduct themselves in a considerate manner towards others. Failure to meet this conduct standards may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to:
- Immediate removal of access and termination of enrolment;
- Forfeiture of Course/exam fees paid;
- Exclusion from enrolling in any future RadAnatomy Course/exam.
Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Disruption to collaborative learning environments (such as webinars, exams or discussion boards) (e.g. use of profanity, harassment, etc.);
- Deliberate destruction, misuse, or theft of RadAnatomy properties or the properties of other registrants;
- Violence or threats of violence toward RadAnatomy staff or other registrants;
- Failure to comply with federal copyright and criminal laws prohibiting the misappropriation, copying, distribution, or alteration of copyright-protected materials.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
RadAnatomy expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, related to the Courses or exams.
